Development and implementation of the PMS. The extension of the paved road network is of approximately 5180 km. Collection and compilation of road data of the pilot project, including GPS survey, video surbey, pavement deflections measurement using Falling Weight Deflectometer (FWD), roughness survey using a Road Surface Profilometer (RSP), survey of pavement distress, inventory and condition survey of road infrastructure elements.

 Development and implementation of the RMS software, which is a Road Management SYstem that can be utilized both as an information system and as a decision support system. Design and implementation of a model with 3-layer Web architecture for managing each of the modules that make up the application. Design and implementation of a relational database engine Oracle. Design of a GIS application to display of inventory and management data. Development of user manuals, technical manuals of the System (inluding installation). The system was structure for the administration of urban and rural road network of the city of Bogotá, consisting of approximately 15,408 km-lane.

Conception, development and implementation of a Management System for the Supervision of Concessioned Roads - SIGFIS.

Inventory of the whole asphalted Road Network of Peru with a Length 8.500 km. Georeferenced signaling per kilometer and evaluation of the national patrimony that represents this road structure.

Consultancy Services for Preparation of ten - Years District Roads Investment Programme and Detailed Engineering Design and Preparation of Bidding documents for the Rehabilitation of about 1.000 km of District Roads.  

This project entailed data collection of many different kinds on 33,000 kms. and selecting a representative, non-random sample of 4,500 kms. We, analyzing existing databases and systems containing tens of parameters and fields. We developed new software systems based in part on World Bank models such as RED and DETOUR
(submodels of HDM-4).
