TNM has participated in many Transport Planning projects, both in sectoral and regional studies, mainly to government agencies and/or Road Concessions. The services that TNM offers include:  

• Performing studies and analysis with regard to infrastructure investment in the Transport sector. This is done while keeping in mind the political importance of the relevant project, socio-economic variables that allow to optimize the entity's available resources, including the evaluation of different scenarios, until the optimal solution is chosen. 
• Development of new computerized tools, which assist the Transport Planning process, designed in accordance with the needs of each Road Agency. 
• Training in the usage of software and equipment. Performing technological transfers, with regard to the specific experience developed in each country, and in line with the diverse aims of each project.
