The scope of the project involved the following activities: Phisical and Geometric Surveys including distresses as edge cracking, etc, Measurement of roughness (IRI) with Laser Profilograph RSP L5, measurement of surface frictional properties with Brithis Pendulum Tester (BPT), measurement of deflexion with Falling Weight Deflectometer FWD, measurement of thickness of road surface with Ground penetrating radar (GPR), Use of PAVER Methodology to calibrate deterioration curves of pavement, intervention alternatives and design of rehabilitation of pavement structure. This activities was developed in asphalt pavement, concrete pavement and cobblestone. |

Second phase of the project which involves the following activities: inventory of the road section segment (including platforms, cycleroutes, restraint walls, railings, road defense), inventory of pavement failures, roughness measurements (IRI) with the perfilograph laser RSP-L5, coefficient of determination of Shear to the glide usign the English Pendulum, deflections measurements with Falling Weight Deflectometer (FWD), determination of the structural number, reaction module of the subgrade and the resilient module, determination of the thickness of pavement structure with GSSI GPR GPR Antenna SIR 20 hz 4508.16. Calibration of the homogenization curves of damage to the methodology PAVER, determination and calibration of the average daily traffic, developing a matrix of decisions according to the surface and structural condition of the pavement, placement of alternative intervention and development of designs of rehabilitation in reinforcement terms. These activities were developed in flexible pavement, rigid pavement and cobblestones. |

Diagnosis and Inventory Updating of the Road Network in Bogota City. This project involved three types of activities as follows
- Diagnostic and Inventory of urban road network (232.7 Km-carriageway).
- Diagnostic and Inventory of new urban roads to be included in the road network database (33 Km-carriageway).
- Diagnostic and Inventory of new rural roads to be included in the road network database (70.3 Km-carriageway). Unpaved roads.
This inventory, also included geometrical and distresses inventory, measurements of roughness with Laser profilograph and measurement of deflection with Falling weight deflectometer (FWD) (measurements for urban roads), traffic study, core extraction to determine the layer thickness, georeferenciation of new roads among others. |

Consultancy Services to develop the Phase II of Calibration of Deterioration curves in pavement structures in Bogota D.C. The scope of the project included calibration test tracks with traffic study, geometric inventory, pavement distress inventory, measurement of roughness (IRI) using laser Profilograph RSp L5, measurement of deflection with Falling weight Deflectometer (FWD), core extraction to determinate the layer thickness. In addition, it was determinated the diagnosis of tracks with calculation of MDR (modified distress rating) using PAVER Models and calculation of OPI (overall pavement index).

This project included inventory and diagnostic of street furniture as bus stop, telephone booths, cans, lighting, tree protectors, benchs, etc, inventory and diagnostic of trees (geometric and physical condition). Additionally, it was developed a database compatible with SQL server. |

Inventory and data collection of the national pavement network road (aprox. 8.500 km) and all the bridges of the country. This inventory includes visual defects, deflections with NDT equipment FWD (Falling Weight Deflectometer), roughness measures and rutting with laser profilograph RSP, pavement thicknesses evaluation with georadar (GPR), traffic study, GPS, video images, geometry, drainage, vertical and horizontal signalling, walls, separators; additionally, it was signaling with milestone (Monumentation) georeferencieated with distance in kilometer, Development and implementation of a Road Management and Valuation System of the national network using World Bank model.

The project included the updating of the Inventory and condition of the Interurban Road Network (8500 km of paved and unpaved roads and 1384 bridges), carrying out a traffic study, and the development of an Integral Road Management System. Data collection included mainly NDT (non destructive testing) measurement of deflections with FWD (Falling Weight Deflectometer), roughness measurement with RSP (Road Surface Profiler), distresses surveys, video inventory, soils study, inventory of geometry, drains, slopes and pavimento characteristics, traffic study (origin - destiny surveys) and a bridge inventory.
The development and implementation of the Road Management System SAVIAL(Software), this software allows to establish a routine and periodic maintenance work plan considering as a fundamental element the existing budget and using HDM-4 models. |

Besides, the Design, Development and Implementation of the Pavements and Bridges Management Computarized System; investment Program based on the HDM4 model (World Bank). |
